2008 BVC Title Sponsor Overview
Title Sponsor will be included in the print media campaign placed by Bend Venture Conference
Title Sponsor will be recognized first and most prominently on event home page and on all event website pages where sponsors appear. A link to the sponsor site will be provided from the site.
Title Sponsor will be recognized most prominently on PowerPoint presentation displayed at breaks and various intervals throughout the conference.
Title Sponsor will be noted in conference programs and other event collateral.
Title Sponsor will be recognized most prominently on signage at the conference and all pre- and post-conference events.
Title Sponsor will have the opportunity to reach conference attendees through introduction of speakers or panelists.
Title Sponsor will be allowed to distribute company information to event attendees in the Tower Theatre Lobby.
Title Sponsor to receive one (1) 6’ table to display company materials at the conference.
Title Sponsor provided with five (5) complimentary conference registrations. (Approximate value: $995.00)
Title Sponsor provided with two (2) complimentary tickets to VIP reception at Pronghorn Club (Thursday, October 18, 2007).
All PR and advertising activities created by sponsor in relation to BVC must be reviewed by Susan Nabbefeld, BVC Marketing Director (susan@consultgrow.com) prior to execution.
